Our Position
NameFonts respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Our generators produce output exclusively from public-domain Unicode characters and our own original templates — we do not host user uploads, images, or third-party media.
User-Generated Content
Names created with our tools exist only on your device and are never submitted to or stored on our servers. NameFonts therefore does not host user content that could infringe copyright in the traditional sense.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe any content on NameFonts (for example, page text, artwork, or branding) infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Response Time

Counter-Notice & Good Faith
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We encourage parties to resolve disputes in good faith before escalating.
